One unified, integrated login across all apps
If I install email marketer, shopping cart and knowledge manager on a website they all integrate, but you still have separate logins.

Interspire develops great web based software, with easy to use interfaces, affordable pricing and solid featureset. A CRM by Interspire to help manage my or my clients contacts, leads, opportunities and sales would be great.

Phone support
At the moment support is available through the ticketing system as well as self-help methods such as knowledge base, install guides and forum. Vote for this feature if you'd be interested in per-incident phone support.

Incremental Update Zips
Allow users (especially of IWP and ISC) to have access to incremental update zips with only the modified files included. This would allow for faster upgrading with smaller zip files, and easier for those who make modifications to the product.
These should be accessible through the client area.

Publish product roadmaps
At the moment product roadmaps are not published mainly because they change quite a lot between releases. Would you prefer if product roadmaps were published, *even* if there was the chance that certain features may be pulled/moved to a later release?

Guaranteed 2-4 hour response time on tickets
At the moment 95%+ of tickets are answered within 12 hours, but would you pay for premium ticket-based support that guaranteed a response time of just a few hours?

develop a helpdesk system..
Something that ties into a CRM system and manages tickets, Interspire's systems are all so smooth and clean and well laid out, I think they could do a very powerful ticketing system

Multi-lingual Feature
The shopping cart and CMS software must support multi-lingual websites so that I can create and manage a website with different language versions. It is especially useful for shopping cart so that I can sell to China, Japan, Brazil, Spain, etc...

create an epos solution to link to Interspire products
I think there should be an epos solution (replicating the shopping cart) or using some of the big name epos solutions to mix the two together so orders can be downloaded from the internet to the epos for accounting and dispatch etc.

move white label settings to admin
It can be a pain when you upgrade having to re edit the white label file. These setting should be moved to the addin interface, so they are stored in the db and upgrades are less hassle.

Diferent Packages Plans
How about a:
1. Starter Package - (up to 500 Items) ---> $295
2. Medium Package - (up to1500 Items) --->$595 ( with some more features in between of course)
3. Professional Package - (up to 5000 Items) --->$995I believe that would be a more reasonable aproach,

SEO friendly URLs
I'd like to see a SEO friendly URLs' displayed for the search engines. As in an example, currently the URL displays like this http://www.articlesfyi.com/articles/981/1/Dress-Code-For-Black-Tie-Nights/Page1.html which is in no way SE friendly.

A vendor can issue a coupon tha is good only for their store
In the multi-vendor version, individual vendors can issue coupons that are good for their store only.

Allow different tax-zones for different vendors in multi-vender edition.
Currently there is one site wide settings for the tax zones. However in the US, tax is based on buyers state. If A NJ vendor is selling to Nevada, he does not charge tax, however if the customer is in NJ he has to charge tax.

Have extra support purchase option that includes upgrades
The current support package on products includes updates to that product but I would like to see an optional support package that guarantees future upgrades maybe call it Support Plus. Big Responce - Pre designed forms
Big Responce come with built in email templates to match the ecommerce software which is great. However the sign up forms leave much to be desired as it requires customisation to get them to look like the inbuilt templates.

Vendor rating/review for multi-vendor shopping cart
Currently the system allows for product reviews but not vendor reviews.
Vendor or even brand reviews will create more opportunity for customer loyalty and trust in the online shopping process.
